Pablo César Zegarra Zamora (born 1 April 1973 in Lima, Peru) is a Peru]vian footballer who currently a free agent.
Zegarra started his playing career in 1991 with Sporting Cristal. After playing for Independiente de Santa Fe in Colombia and Argentinos Juniors he moved to Spain where he played for UD Salamanca.
Zegarra played 5 games for the Peru national football team, where he scored no goals, but was included in the squad for the Copa América 1993 squads.
