Pablo Lastras García (born January 20, 1976 in Madrid) is a Spanish racing cyclist who rides for Spanish UCI ProTour team Caisse d'Epargne.

Lastras won at stage in the 2003 Tour de France and picked up two stages in the 2002 Vuelta a España. In 2005 he won stage 8 at Tour de Suisse. He also won the Vuelta a Burgos in 2003. His idols are Bernard Hinault and Migual Indurain. He has a resting heart rate of 45bpm, and is 1.84m tall weighs 66kg.
