Description

This is a Pabst Blue Ribbon beer advertisement from the back cover of the June 10, 1911 issue of Judge Magazine. The beer was originally called Best Select, then Pabst Select and finally Pabst Blue Ribbon. A blue ribbon was tied around the bottle neck; this practice ran from 1882 until 1916.

The magazine page was 11.5 by 9 inches in size.

This page was scanned by User:Swtpc6800 on an Epson Perfection 1240U at 300 dpi with half-tone de-screening enabled and stored as TIFF. The image was cropped and touched up in Adobe Photo Elements 5.0. This copy saved as a 150 dpi JPG.
