P. K. Thungan is a leader of the Indian National Congress, a former central minister of state for Urban Development in Government of India, and former chief minister of Arunachal Pradesh.
The President of India in 1998 gave permission to CBI to file a charge sheet against him for corruption in allotting government houses to businesspersons.
