P. J. Abbott (born May 28, 1964) is a U.S. race car driver. In 2004 he drove two races in the Infiniti Pro Series and prior to that has competed in US SCCA Formula Mazda and SCCA Formula Atlantic.
Abbott was born in Bloomington, Indiana.

PJ got his first taste of victory at the St. Joseph's College in Rensselaer, Indiana Little 500 Grand Prix for gocarts in 1985. He won in dominant fashion after some pre-race alleged sabotage from Noll Hall..Abbott Security took care of the problem.
