• it is a low resolution scan of a comic (specifcally, manga) panel;
• it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the original manga or any adaptations thereof in any way;
• the comic panel is only being used for informational purposes;
• it illustrates a character of the manga series in question and aids in commentary on the plot.
