Pétur Gunnarsson

Pétur Gunnarsson is an Icelandic writer born in Reykjavík on June 15, 1947. He received his Master's Degree in philosophy at a French university. He has since translated several French works. He also has written song lyrics, done plays, poetry, and screenwriting.

Pétur Gunnarsson lives in Reykjavík with his wife Hrafnhildur Ragnarsdóttir. Their two sons are grown.
