OZ World (Korean: 오즈월드, formerly known as Cafe9) is a virtual world software released in 1999 by the South Korean computer game developer Oz Intermedia. It is the first massive multiplayer online game with realtime 3D graphics in South Korea. The major feature of OZ World is known as a fishing-based game; however, the real major feature of OZ World consists of the avatar and his or her rooms. Each user in OZ World has his or her own avatar to represent him or herself, and has his or her own room where he or she can decorate the room, advertise it and invite other users to visit.

The 3D graphics system of OZ World is fully software emulated, so the OZ World client application can be run on a computer without 3D graphic-accelerated hardware. However, the camera viewport doesn't move until the avatar which is controlled by the client application goes to the edge of the screen, which is similar to Little Big Adventure 2.

Each user in OZ World goes fishing for game money, game items and sometimes rare items. The game money is used to buy game items, and the game items can be used to dress the avatar or decorate his/her room.

Localized versions of OZ World are published in several Southeast Asian countries.

OZ World Global (link below) is a version of the game with players from many countries including USA, Canada, Europe, Australia and the Philippines as well as its home nation of Korea. The game is mainly a social gathering area and sometimes used for dating (rather than complex gameplay).

Online administrators chosen by the GMs play the part of helper to new players, peacekeepers and are also able to temporarily block disruptive players (jail) for a period of up to 8 days. These online helpers are referred to as ELFs.

Players are encouraged to host their own online games and quizzes, either within the game client or using the player event forum.

The game is currently free to play, but some items such as housing are premium cash only items (using Paypal or various other methods). Marriage is also possible as a cash option.
