Talk:Oxyliquit

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

"A mixture of lampblack and liquid oxygen was measured to have detonation velocity of 3000 m/s2, and 4 to 12% more strength than dynamite."

I'm not happy with this statement at all. There's no citation to say who did the measuring, or any evidence that it ever happened. It's just a flat passive-voice assertion. The rest of the article is much the same: confident statements about events, and no citations.

To cap it all, the page author gives detonation velocity in metres per second squared, which is the unit of acceleration, not velocity! --Del C 21:41, 19 June 2006 (UTC)
