Oxyntas

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Oxyntas was a son of King Jughurta of Numidia, who walked with his brother Iampsas in Gaius Marius' triumphal parade of 104 B.C. His father was put to death immediately afterward, but Oxyntas was sent to the town of Venusia, where he remained until 89 B.C. It is not known what happened to him after the Marsic war.
