Oxford Road 13 is a county road within Oxford County, Ontario.
It starts from the south, just west of Courtland on King's Highway 3 and heads north into Norwich Township. A few miles north, it enters the village of Springford, where one must turn left on Oxford Road 19, before turning right again on Road 13. To the north in Holbrook it meets it's northern Terminus at Oxford Road 59, which heads to Woodstock and Norwich to the north and the east.
