The OVW Heavyweight Championship is the major championship in Ohio Valley Wrestling. It was first awarded to a wrestler by the name of Trailer Park Trash and is still defended today. It was also known as the NWA Ohio Valley Heavyweight Championship during OVW's membership in the National Wrestling Alliance from 1998 to 2001.
