[edit] Don't get that the definition is right
OBE as defined here seems to be very strange.
The more common usage I've seen is the case where stuff happening outside of the context renders the original plan meaningless - for instance a plan for fixing the roof becomes OBE if the house burns down. --Alvestrand 20:42, 19 October 2006 (UTC)
