The village centre (dark green) and the statistical district (light green) of Overslag in the municipality of Terneuzen.

Overslag (51°12′N, 3°53′E) is a village in the Dutch province of Zeeland. It is a part of the municipality of Terneuzen, and lies about 36 km southeast of Vlissingen.

Overslag was a separate municipality until 1970, when it was merged with Axel.[1]

In 2001, the village of Overslag had 113 inhabitants. The built-up area of the village was 0.051 km², and contained 48 residences.[2] The statistical area "Overslag", which also can include the surrounding countryside, has a population of around 250.[3]
