[edit] Game overview
The goal of the game was to obtain control of a solar system by terraforming successive planets, while an opponent attempts to do the same. There were four skill levels, each represented by an enemy race. The skill levels also had different numbers of planets. While the genre can be considered an early example of real-time strategy, there are some key differences, notably that you have no direct control over units. Similarities include managing of planetary economies and constructing buildings to give more options.
[edit] Music of the game
The main theme for Supremacy was composed by Jeroen Tel, and is recognized as one of the best SID tunes ever made, reaching the 52nd spot among almost 30,000 entries in the High Voltage SID Collection[1]. Supremacy is recognized as one of the most important strategy games in the early 90's,[citation needed] and has together with other games made way for some of the most important computer games in history, like Civilization and Sim City.[citation needed]

- -review summary-
- "Supremacy is a great strategy game that keeps you busy on a multitude of levels...The graphics are nothing outstanding, however for the year they came out they are pretty good. The sound was good, for PC speaker quality...Once the game is in progress, the only real sounds are when you are switching menus, or where you have an incoming message...All in all, a game that keeps you thinking nonstop, with no bugs that i could find anywhere. A definite[sic] two thumps[sic] up!"[2]
