I believe this is fair use as I (Gaviidae 19:22, 7 August 2006 (UTC)) am not selling this book, infringing on the sale of this book (which is written in Dutch and ~~likely out of print~~ still in print). The article is about the author, who is both writer and musician and describes the book. It also handily contains a pitcure of his face.

Added: My interpretation of Wikipedia:Fair use#Counterexamples item 7 suggests that this is a valid fair use rationale. The book is not notable enough for its own article, but gets a mention in the author's article. Awyong Jeffrey Mordecai Salleh 07:47, 21 August 2006 (UTC)

comment: the (2001) book is still available from several Dutch bookshops; so I guess it is not out of print. Whatever that may imply for copyright. Arnoutf 11:24, 31 October 2006 (UTC)
