Ouvrage Chatelard was a lesser work (petit ouvrage) of the Maginot Line's Alpine extension, the Alpine Line, also known as the Little Maginot Line. The ouvrage consisted of one infantry block about one kilometer northeast of Bourg St. Maurice.
