The question is not about NPOV, in my view it's related to lack of sourcing. If the paragraph was sourced and accurate then it would be ok, regardless of POV and goals of said "diversity training".--TGC55 (talk) 15:40, 12 April 2008 (UTC)

I am looking for stories from people who took an Outward Bound course, or have been Outward Bound instructors. I want to hear about how Outward Bound impacted your life, and the lessons you took with you from the field.
