I think the first paragraph is a little hard to understand. I've heard a lot about Danny Phantom OOC's, and I wanted to know what they were. So yeah, it may need some cleaning up.

There's another artical at Out of Character (uppercase C rather than lowercase c) refering to the roleplaying term, wouldn't it make sense to merge the two?
