Outstanding Studio Show

The Sports Emmy Award for Outstanding Studio Show has been awarded since 1988. At first, it awarded any sports studio show, whether it was a pregame show or a nightly news show. Beginning in 2001, the category was split into two subcategories — Outstanding Studio Show, Daily and Outstanding Studio Show, Weekly.
