Out of crippled seeds was the debut album from Death metal/Heavy metal crossover band Carnal Grief and was released on the Hong Kong based label Trinity Records Hong Kong. The album was released on September 4, 2004.

Out of crippled seeds was recorded during a long period of time with initial recording of the drums being put down in 1999 and the final guitars was laid down in late 2003. The studio called Tormented Flesh studios was not really a studio, rather it was the home of guitarrist Johan Lindgren and his computer. During the recording of the album the band had a change of guitarst so parts of the guitar work was done by Magnus Andersson and part by Per Fransson.

  • The album was initially ment to be released on a Malaysian label, but for unknown reasons the label was declared dead by the time the recording was done. This is why the recording took such a long time since the band could re-record parts for the release through Trinity Records Hong Kong
