Out There (sometimes listed as Out There with Betty Carter[4][3]) is a critically acclaimed[5] avante-garde bop album by Betty Carter, released in February 1958. Ron Wynn of All Music Guide called the album "a dynamic set."[6]
Out There was reissued on Compact Disc by the French label Blue Moon Records in 2005.[7][1] All the tracks from Out There are also included on the 1992 Impulse!/GRP compilation album I Can't Help It.[8]
