OutFront Minnesota is the largest GLBT gay/lesbian/bi-sexual/transgendered rights organization in the state of Minnesota, USA.

"OutFront Minnesota's mission is to make our home a place where GLBT Minnesotans have the freedom, power, and confidence to make the best choices for their own lives."

The organization is community-based, and uses paid memberships and fund drives to fund its activities, as well as receives funding from foundations. OutFront Minnesota has had a profound effect upon gay and lesbian rights in both urban and rural Minnesota since its founding in 1987. Every year, OutFront Minnesota sponsors an event at the state capitol in St. Paul, called "justFair Lobby Day", which attracted a combined 8,000 attendees in 2006 and 2007.

Programs provided by OutFront Minnesota include Anti-Violence, Community Organizing, and Legal Referrals as well as education and training and a speakers bureau provided statewide.

Other staff include: Monica Meyer, Connie Kauppi, Rebecca Waggoner-Kloek, Phil Duran, Jo Marsicano, Crystal Dobson-Totten, Ashley Taranto, Ceugant Scully, John Czyscon, and Kathy Lee. In addition, hundreds of volunteers work with OutFront Minnesota each year.
