This article is essentially copied nearly verbatim from our high-school literature textbook. Since our textbook is older than the Internet (not really, but still, it's older than WP) I think this might be copied from the book. Maybe someone could check up on a possible copyright violation? I have classified this as a B class project. It needs referencing as his death is referenced and I have added some information from his LA Times obit. The allegations of a copyvio above is concerning.
