Ouro is a WikiUser from Poland. He is 26, a translator, photographer and hitch-hiker. Apart from that I love music in all its forms, and am interested in literature, the Universe, history and computer science. I learn languages quickly.

As a translator I work with Polish, German and English, thus I spend most of my day in front of the computer screen usually.

I was born in Gdynia, have spent most of my life in Gdańsk, and recently half a year in Kraków. Returned to Gdynia to take care of my grandmother for four months, moving to Olsztyn in the beginning of March 2008 to live with my better half whole. When time permits (I usually give it no choice but to) I hunt moments with my camera (recently upgraded to Canon EOS 40D from a Fujifilm Finepix S5600). Photos can be found on my website (see below).

I usually correct some minor things here and there, mostly on the Polish and English Wikipedias, however for reasons of convenience am registered on others too. I am a regular, daily visitor and like to read the Wiki while eating (if that seems strange to you, well, I do not really care) and pretty much all the time. Fairly often I can be found at the reference desks.

Should anyone ask: I am definitely, absolutely and permanently against ads on Wikipedia, and anything that would even vaguely resemble them.

If you'd like to leave me a message, go right ahead.
