This article, like many others (cp St Peter and St Paul's Church) has the capability of becoming very large indeed. It is a fairly common dedication for Roman Catholic churches, and other organisations such as schools, worldwide. A Google throws up a good many of them - the first page when I did it produced the following in England:

• Our Lady of Grace Manchester
• The shrine of Our Lady of Grace Ipswich
• Our Lady of Grace Junior School London Borough of Brent;

and these in US: Our Lady of Grace Monastery, Beech Grove, Indiana; and churches at

• Noblesville, Indiana
• West Babylon, New York
• Parkton, Maryland
• El Cajon, California
