Our Lady of Tepeyae High School is a private, Roman Catholic, all-girls high school in Chicago, Illinois. It is located in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Chicago.

Our Lady of Tepeyae High School was established in 1930. Currently it is the most affordable private high school in all of Chicago with a tuition of $3,500 per year. [1]
