Oumar Tchomogo (born January 7, 1978) is a Beninese football player who, as of 2004 was playing for Guingamp.
He was part of the Beninese 2004 African Nations Cup team, who finished bottom of their group in the first round of competition, thus failing to secure qualification for the quarter-finals. He lated played for Vitoria Setubal in Portugal. Tchomogo scored 2 vital goals for Benin against Sierra Leone on October 12th, 2007 to send them to the African Nations Cup on the last day of qualifying.
