Oumar Kondé (born 19 August 1979, in Binningen, Switzerland) is a Swiss footballer. He currently plays in Switzerland for FC Zürich.
Kondé started his career in his native Switzerland with FC Basel but has spent most of his footballing life in the German Bundesliga with Freiburg and Hansa Rostock. He has also had brief spells in England with Blackburn Rovers and Scotland with Hibernian.
Kondé was deemed surplus to requirements at the Edinburgh club and in January 2007, despite a short trial with Austrian side Sturm Graz, was signed for Panionios by Ewald Lienen. [1]
