Oumar Bakari (born April 30, 1980 in Montreuil-under-Wood, France) is a French footballer defender of Ivorian descent who plays for Belgium club Charleroi SC.

He signed for Charleroi following his contract expiring with SM Caen in November 2006, becoming the sixth player of African descent to sign for the Belgian side.
