Oullins

Oullins (IPA: [ulɛ̃]) is a commune in the département of Rhône and the Rhône-Alpes region of France. It is a suburb of the city of Lyon, and is adjacent to it on the southwest. It is a member of the metropolitan Urban Community of Lyon. In the 1999 census, Oullins had a population of 25,183. The commune has a land area of 4.40 km² (1.699 sq mi).
