Oulart (An tAbhallort, in Irish) is a small village in the southeastern corner of Ireland. It is situated in County Wexford just off the R741 regional road halfway between the towns of Gorey to the north and Wexford to the south.
Oulart is of historical significance regarding the Irish struggle for independence from British rule, given the occurrence of the Battle of Oulart Hill.

Oulart has produced many fine hurlers over the years. Oulart the Ballagh is the local club. Some of the greats include, Martin Storey, Mick Jacob, Rónán Dunne, Keith Rossiter and Liam Dunne. Oulart the Ballagh won this years Wexford SHC final, beating local rivals Buffers Alley 4-14 to 2-6 in a convincing win.
