OU Center for Public Management

The University of Oklahoma Center for Public Management(CPM) was established in 1994 on the Norman, Oklahoma campus as part of the OU College of Continuing Education's Public and Community Services Division. Using federally approved cost sharing principles and cost reimbursable accounting practices, CPM does business with public and private sector entities. CPM draws on the resources of the University staff and faculty to deliver customer oriented solutions, for which it has received numerous awards.
Currently, the Center for Public Management employees approximately 230 staff and services approximately $20,000,000 in contracts per year. These services range from training and professional development in the classroom and online learning to providing professional services in research and analysis. CPM delivered about 65,000 sessions of online learning in FY 07. CPM also provides research and analysis of public programs, demographics and technology. CPM provides strategic planning, workforce development, enterprise services as well as a broad range of consulting services.
