Otukaia is a genus of medium-sized sea snails, marine gastropod molluscs in the family Trochidae, the top shells.

In this genus the shell is thin, sculptured with a few prominent, but narrow and sharp spiral keels that are faintly crenulated at most. There is no colour pattern, and the shell is iridescent both externally and internally.

Species in this genus are found in Japan and New Zealand, in deep water.
