The introduction to this article seems to be taken from possibly the school's website, as it says "With a student-to-faculty ratio of 13 to 1, our focus is on helping students to develop their own unique talents." possible plagiarism?

I went here and am remiss to see that non of the CS kids or the CS faculty have done anything to this page. I will be sending off a note. This should not be a stub. Plus they were just in a scandal. Squanderdalfast 12:55, 31 March 2006 (UTC)

Cut and pasting stuff, doesn't fly at wikipedia, copy-right or no. This is an encylopedia- would the Britcanica cut and paste stuff?

• I went through and checked the facts in question according to the Otterbein website. It was founded in 1847, not 1846 and it DOES give over 17 million annually in financial aid, according to their own website. $17 million is right, it was the endowment of $70 mil that was wrong, but it fluctuates with the market so much based on investments that it's hard to put a number to it, it's more than that now, but could be less by the end of the year, who knows. I hope it's okay, I updatd a couple of things, including tuition, room and board, 1847 IS indeed the founding date. I put citation needed next to some incorrect information - the campus is 140 acres according to the College's Physical Plant; there are 56 majors as well as individualized fields of study; 19 departments (Physics and Astronomy was missing, so I added it); 40 minors; 12:1 student to teacher ratio (listed in 2007 US News Guide to America's Best Colleges); I added the other U.S. News rankings for 2005, 2006, 2007 (the current issue, although released in fall 2006 is entitled the 2007 Guide to America's Best Colleges). I need to check with admission or registrar about GPA, SAT and ACT, because Academic Affairs told me they have never sent information to the Princeton Review, so it is not a reliable source, so I will follow up on those. State Street doesn't go south into central Westerville, Otterbein is actually located IN central Westerville, so State Street goes to south Westerville and then leaves town (I am a resident of Westerville); the fraternity and sorority houses are all off-campus and are scattered south, east, and a few on Main Street, cutting through the N & S of campus, and one on Home Street; Home Street is the address of only one of nine residence halls (not most) and is inhabited mainly by permanent residents (very tolerant permanent residents!); Clements Rec Center was completed in 2002, not "recently" (the college has built 2 new buildings, including one residence hall, and acquired another building since then); Coach Reynolds is about to get his 600th win (hopefully this Saturday!), so I think a date should go with his overall record (as of ...). Oh, and in the intro and the facts box, the enrollment numbers are VERY rounded, and perhaps rounded up. I don't know who at Otterbein gave those numbers out. We have less than 3,100 students, so we usually say "over 3,000" so as not to make our enrollment appear to be inflated. So, if you see fit to change it, that would be cool. And, can we add WOCC to the WOBN listing. WOCC is the tv station, run by students but officially under the ownership of the City of Westerville. It's located on campus, and just as active as WOBN, and serves the entire Westerville community, just like WOBN. Jennyhill 18:30, 8 December 2006 (UTC)
