Otsego Township is one of twelve townships in Steuben County, Indiana, United States. As of the 2000 census, its population was 2,546.

Otsego Township covers an area of 34.81 square miles and contains one incorporated settlement, Hamilton. According to the USGS, it contains five cemeteries: Carter, Hamilton, North Otsego, Otsego Center and Teegardin.
