OTB Video is a Dutch company specialising in the production of gay pornographic films, mostly featuring Latino twinks. While OTB Video is the company name, it is also used as a studio name. Recently (in 2007), a second studio name was added: StarBoyzVideo titles are formally published by "OTB Video Releasing". So far, all of OTB Video's films have been produced in Latin America, specifically in Colombia and Mexico.

The OTB Video product catalogue is divided up into several series, each showing similar-themed content. All OTB Video DVDs show only very young-looking male Latino models (usually aged between 18 and 22 at the time of production). Some of the series feature bareback anal intercourse (the models do not wear condoms during sex), other series show the same kind of models having safe sex, using condoms.

OTB Video's bareback productions are widely known for the models' uninhibited handling of their own and each other's sperm. Special attention is directed to the relatively high number of cumshots featured in those movies, with 52 (in Fuckclub Gangbang) being the highest count in a single film so far.
