I am Otavio dc. I was born and raised in Washington, D.C. I've recently started editing and adding comments to articles relating to Washington, D.C., and I've enjoyed the experience so far on Wikipedia. I am also an amateur architectural photographer and would like to use my photo collection to enhance Washington, D.C.-related articles when suitable.
