Otakar "Otto" Vindyš (born April 9, 1884 in Prague – died December 23, 1949 in Prague) was a Czechoslovak ice hockey player (Defenseman) who competed in the 1920 Summer Olympics and in the 1924 Winter Olympics.
He was a member of the Czechoslovak ice hockey team, which won the European Championship 1911 and the bronze medal at the 1920 World Championships in Antwerp.
Club career: played for SK Slavia Praha.
Four years later he also participated in the first Winter Olympic ice hockey tournament.
