Oswaldo de Oliveira Filho (born, December 5, 1950, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil) is a Brazilian football manager.

He has trained teams like Corinthians, Vasco, Fluminense, São Paulo, Flamengo, Vitória, Santos. In the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A 2006, he managed Cruzeiro EC, after being sacked by Fluminense. He is currently the manager of Kashima Antlers in Japan.

He has successfully won the Campeonato Paulista, Campeonato Brasileiro Série A, FIFA World Club Championship, he also made it to the simifinals of the Copa João Havelange, and Copa Mercosur, and also third place in the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A 2001. Having joined Kashima Antlers in 2007, he led them to a J. League championship and Emperor's Cup double in his debut season.
