[edit] two mistakes

"Ostrogski (adjectival form of the Polish for "Spur")" - two mistakes: First mistake: adjective-possesive form of Polish word for 'spur' (P. "ostroga") is 'ostroski' (OldPolish 'ostrożski' from ostroga + 'ski) not ostrogski! "G" before "-ski" is not possible in Polish (it would be always softened to ż = zh). The second mistake is that name is not derived form ostroga "spur" but from the city-place Ostróg (most of -ski names are derived from city names - slightly like "von" or "de") - Ostrogski - one who owns Ostróg or one who comes from Ostróg. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.139.30.36 (talk) 18:26, 27 September 2007 (UTC)
