Osteocephalus pearsoni is a species of frog in the Hylidae family. It is found in Bolivia, Brazil, and Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, moist savanna, swamps, freshwater lakes, freshwater marshes, and intermittent freshwater marches. It is threatened by habitat loss.
