Oslo Marathon

The Oslo Marathon is an annual marathon named Glitnir Oslo Marathon.
The arrangement takes place between the end of September and the beginning of October. There are three distances; marathon, half-marathon and a very popular 5 kilometers.
The track goes along the seaside of Oslofjord, it’s very flat, and you run it twice if you go for the marathon.

The first Oslo Marathon took place in 1994.
After some years without any long distance race, the capital of Norway re-launched the Oslo Marathon in 2004.
