Osip Piatnitsky (1882 - 29 July 1938) was a revolutionary and Old Bolshevik who served as a leader of the Comintern. In 1937 he attempted to organize opposition within the the Central Committee of the Bolshevik party to Stalin's "Great Terror." He was arrested and executed.
