Rabbi Osher Zilberstein (died 1972), a noted Torah scholar, was a tenth generation rabbi from mezritch Wolyn. In 1935 he assumed the rabbinical position as the rabbi of Talmud Torah Los Angeles The Breed Street Shul.
He died in 1972 and was buried at the Home of Peace Cemetery.
