I authored this articles and it is important to note that Oscar Mink was the educator of some of today most successful and well known business theorist and practationers. He taught and influenced the likes of Tom Peters, Peter Senge, and Meg Wheatley.
His work on creating openness in organisations has have a profound effect creating more sustainable and profitable business in Australia, Korea and the USA.
