Oscar Emile, Knight van Rappard (born April 2, 1896 in Probolinggo, Dutch East Indies – died April 18, 1962 in Den Haag) was an track and field athlete and football (soccer) player from the Netherlands, who represented his native country at two consecutive Summer Olympics, starting in 1920.
At his Olympic debut he won the bronze medal with the Netherlands national football team, while at the same tournament he ran the 110m hurdles, where he was eliminated in the qualifying heats. In 1940 Van Rappard became a member of the National Socialist Dutch Workers Party, for which the Dutch Athletics Federation sentenced him after World War II.
