Oscar Charles De Somville (August 19, 1876 – August 30, 1938) was a Belgian rower who competed in the 1900 Summer Olympics and in the 1908 Summer Olympics.
In 1900 he was part of the Belgian boat Royal Club Nautique de Gand, which won the silver medal in the eights.
Eight years later he won again the silver medal as member of the Belgian boat.
