This article needs an image (preferably free) related to the subject, such as a picture of the set or a film poster. A possibility for American films from before 1964 would be a screenshot from the trailer, as these are now in the public domain. [edit] Name of Article

We should move this article to "The Trapalhões and the Magician of Oz" (replacing Trapalhões with appropriate English word), as per WP:ENGLISH. The current title, Os Trapalhões e o Mágico de Oróz, will automatically redirect there. I would already have moved it, but I don't know what the words mean in Portugese.-Patstuart(talk)(contribs) 17:40, 22 October 2006 (UTC)

That would be incorrect. First of all, it's never been released under that title, and second "Trapalhões" is a made up word and should be left untranslated. The English subtitle for the title on the Som Livre DVD is "The Tramps and the Wizard of Oróz", but it is not marketed for English speaking countries, so it should not be considered an official title. The subtitles on that DVD, which is discontinued, are translated from the Portuguese subtitles, which are frequently misheard, as one can glean from the karaoke sections, where the words are correctly transcribed.
Also note that the characters do not go to Oz. They stay in Brazil. They do go to Oróz, a name intended to parody Oz.
