Orvinio is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Rieti in the Italian region Latium, located about 45 km northeast of Rome and about 30 km south of Rieti. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 452 and an area of 24.5 km².[1]
Orvinio borders the following municipalities: Percile, Pozzaglia Sabina, Scandriglia, Vallinfreda, Vivaro Romano.
